Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations of app purchases made on watermelonn.app, operated by FusionT4.
1. Nature of the product
Our products are digital software applications that are delivered and installed into your Shopify store. There is no physical product and no shipping involved.
2. Refund eligibility
If the app does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible, you must contact us within this window and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem.
3. Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Change of mind after the app has been installed and used for a substantial part of the paid period.
- Issues caused by third-party services, theme conflicts outside the app, or misuse of the app.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@watermelonn.app from the address used at purchase, including your store domain and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation
Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store; the app will remain available until the end of your paid period.
